- I will text/email you 24 hours before our scheduled meeting time. Please be certain to text/email me back to confirm that you will be there.
- At our scheduled meeting time, please be at your computer and in a quiet place.
- If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel/reschedule the call, please text/email me 24 hours before your scheduled time.
During our time together, I will help you identify your core limiting beliefs and emotions forming the roots of your pain. Together we will determine your best next steps for your healing journey.
